TERMS and CONDITIONS

1. First come first serve basis and only for serious buyers.
2. BACK-OUTS or EXCHANGE;
• NO EXCHANGE after the item has been sent to you unless there is defect.
• NO BACK-OUTS after an invoice has been sent to you.
3. You will be blacklisted should you choose to back-out without notification.
4. If you change your mind and do not want to proceed with your purchase, please do send us an email to cancel the order. You will not be blacklisted then.
5. Buying is at your own risk.
6. Items are 100% in new and great condition.
7. Our products price is FIXED and we shall ensure to give "Best Value for Money Pricing" for all our products.
8. REFUND and EXCHANGE - Products sold are not refundable & exchangeable except for;
• Defects, 
• Wrong Delivered products. 
9. Products MUST be returned and reach our doorstep in;
• 6 days (for retail buyer) 
• 12 days (for wholesale buyer). 
10. If failed to so, no refund or exchange will be given. 
11. For exchange, we will ship for FREE and for refund we will refund the products cost plus the return shipping fees.
12. Colours in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products because of the monitor setting or lighting factors. Therefore, we will state the actual colour of the products.
13. Shipping fee is not included. Please take note that there will be a minimal charge of the shipping fee depending on the weight of the items and location of postage.
14. Poslaju Malaysia will be our choice of courier and postage cost and terms and conditions shall follow Poslaju Malaysia.
